The topic for this week is Top Ten Underrated/Hidden Gem Books I’ve Read. As usual, this weekly meme is courtesy of the amazing blog, The Broke and the Bookish so make sure to check out their own Top Ten Tuesday list!
This is going to be a short one today everyone, sorry! I’m so sick, and just feel like blah (just goes to show – ALWAYS write blog posts ahead of time!)
1. “Live to Air” by Jeffrey L. Diamond – This book was a great mystery when I read it. I think a lot of people would truly enjoy this novel – especially because the second book is coming out sometime this year!
2. “Vanity Fair’s How a Book is Born: The Making of The Art of Fielding” by Keith Gessen – I literally just finished this yesterday! If you’re curious to know more about how to publishing industry works, then definitely pick up this quick read!
3. “Miss Emily” by Nuala O’Connor – I think some people have forgotten this book existed. When I read it, I thought it was such a great retelling of Emily Dickinson, so if you love these types of stories then please pick this book up as well!
What are your Top Ten Reads this week? Link your own post in the comments below, I would love to look at them (as I’m at school, currently cursing myself for not staying home)
